Couldn't ask for a better experience
The most positive hot yoga experience in queens. There was a time I was coming here almost every day for months.
Started on September 13th! First time doing Yoga. A Wonderful and Energizing experience!
They are the best I love going there
Good classes but really expensive. Parking is very limited.
Clean, no sweaty smell, friendly staff, convenient in and out place!

I love hot yoga for you
I have been practicing at Hot Yoga Rego Park for 4 years. It has gone by so fast! The first six months not so much as I was learning to acclimate to the room and more. I had come to check it out and perhaps get myself in shape to go back to taking dance classes. I ended up staying put in the hot room practicing yoga as I have learned to love it so much.I was in relatively good shape when I started at age 56 . I did have some age related post menopausal issues like unwanted belly fat, slower metabolism, lower vitality, a conditioned mindset of memories of how much struggle and effort it takes to stay in shape especially if I wanted to return as a dancer. So, what did I find out by practicing yoga regularly at this studio? I received absolutely way more than I ever could have imagined. Not only did I get more fit, stronger and regained my flexibility that I had as a ‘teenager’, I got healthier than I had been in years. My immune system has improved so that I do not catch colds. My seasonal asthma I had acquired from living in NYC is completely gone. My mental focus and my ability to withstand stress have improved so much such that I do not recognize myself. I will be 60 years old by the time you read this. I can honestly say each year I continue to practice hot yoga the results continue to grow. I get even more healthy, stronger, flexible, peaceful and spiritually connected. It sure seems like anti aging to me! I thank God for the studio and with their compassionate teachers for being in my life. I am absolutely certain that my yoga practice beautifully sources grace and ease to each and every area of my life. The time and energy I put into my practice gives me in return so many gifts manifold. I am a happier and more loving human being because of my practice. I look forward to the next half of my life as a practicing yogini! See you in the hot room!
This is a fantastic studio with a charming staff. It is well kept and a pleasure to practice in. Hot yoga is extremely physically and mentally demanding, so be prepared to work hard and sweat. When it's all said and done, you will feel great but don't forget to smile when you're in it, it really does help!
I love this place
HotYoga4You Rego Park is like my second home, with its staff as my 2nd family. I love both the 60 and 90 minute classes, the compliment each other beautifully! I would (and do) recommend making this your yoga studio home!
I was in the middle of trying to lose weight and tone up my body when my mother introduced to me this amazing hot yoga. Even though this is not a review on the yoga itself, having the teachers here, especially Grace, Tomoko, David, and Vivian, has given this experience such a better and enjoyable vibe. Each teacher offers you a different mood in each class, only similarity being that in the end, they give you PEACE. The location of this studio isn't bad either, only funny thing is the irony of it; we're here training for a better way of life spiritually and health-wise while there is a cemetery across the street, lol. Over all, this place, out of the many studios, is my utmost and undoubtedly, my favorite.
I took my first class at HotYoga4You Rego Park a few months after I had joined two gyms (a standard gym, the other a kickboxing one). I noticed that my knees were acting up (thanks to my workout regimen and age) and decided that I needed to balance out my exercise. A year and a half later, I'm still sweating it out at Rego Park and my knees couldn't be more grateful! It's also helpful for my state-of-mind (as a high school teacher, I hold onto a lot of stress). I'm now doing poses that I used to avoid those first few months--and even if I have a "bad" class, I still walk (ok, crawl) away feeling better. For newbies: All of the teachers are great, each with a distinct personality and style (try them all out to see which style suits you). They have 60 and 90-min classes and a nice intro special for beginners). You learn a lot about yoga, your body, and your mind. Also, read the website beforehand, so you're ready for your first class. Give it a shot!
great teachers and clean studio schedule for classes is very convenient
I love attending classes at HotYoga4You at Rego Park. I have practiced at other studios before, and the instructors here are the best. They keep you motivated and they all have a great positive energy while teaching class. I have definitely improved in my yoga practice because of their support.
Hi my name is Willie and I would like to share with you just a few things that hot yoga has done for me. After three years of doing this yoga I and increased my range of flexibility and have not even got a cold in three years. I am an endurance junkie meaning I do Ironman Tri, ultra marathons, long distance cycling and swimming year round. This has allowed me continue to do these events with less training mileage which is les pounding on the body. I and 53 years young and able to do things that I did when I was in my twenties ( 50+ is the new 20+) LOL. I will continue to do this until I die. This my new fountain of youth. Thanks regal park hotyoga4you
I have no point of reference, since this is the only yoga studio I've ever practiced at, but this place is fantastic. I always feel well-treated here; instructors make an effort to know the students, classes are usually no more than 35 students or so, and the folks who work here are very friendly. The instructors are all competent, but I suppose everyone will have teachers they prefer. Tomoko, the manager of the studio, is terrific. Very helpful (when I had an issue with my account, she quickly rectified the situation) and probably my favorite instructor, though really everyone here is very good. The changing space is pretty small --- one communal area for folks to unpack, and about 4 dressing rooms to change clothes. Not really a big deal; just something to be prepared for. The 60 minute classes are NOT "easier" than the 90 minute classes, at least just beacuse they're shorter. You'll be moving a lot more during the 60-min, and it almost feels like a different workout altogether. I enjoy mixing it up a bit. Definitely worth checking out if you're into Hot Yoga and in the neighborhood.
