Great food with play area for kids
Great outdoor dining and good food. One of the better patios in San Antonio.
If you visit San Antonio this restaurant is a must if you're looking for great Tex-Mex and authentic Mexican dishes. The co-owner, Diana Barrios-Treviño was challenged by Bobby Flay from the Food Network to a "Puffy Taco Throwdown." She won. The menu has a large selection of dishes to choose from. My favorites are an appetizer called Queso Flameado, a melted cheese dish served flaming. And, the El Traditional, 2 Cheese Enchiladas and 1 Crispy Beef Taco, served with Spanish Rice and Beans. YUM. Try it, you'll like it.
The visit was fun and i am a big fan of DIana love her and los barrios😊
Great food, great atmosphere, great service, and reasonably priced food
Excellent food and service
Great atmosphere. Loved the patio dining and music was awesome. Food was wonderful as well
Best puffy tacos ever, drove 300 miles just to eat here. If I won 300 million lottery, I'd buy this place
I have always loved the food at the Los Barrios restaurants. One of my favorite dishes is the Enchiladas Verdes. Their verde sauce is one of the best. This location is very popular with its large patio and playscape for kids. My only issues are that it's a bit overpriced and sometimes the servers aren't stellar. But you'll likely be pleased with the food.
Great ambience and the chicken enchiladas verdes with guacamole, rice, and beans were very good and have Bohemia beer!
Good food, nice waiters. I like the enchiladas verdes.
Great casual place good food
Great place for food and fellowship.
We have been here 3 times now and we thoroughly enjoyed each visit. I love the atmosphere. They are big patios that are great for groups. Their food and their margaritas were good. We will be back!
This place is nice and cozy, the food is great and so are the drinks!.. the servers are always kind and the prices are reasonable. I will always keep this as a getaway last moment place.
Yummy food. Great atmosphere.
La Hacienda is a charming, if inauthentic, Mexican restaurant with plenty of charm. We visited with my parents and my 3 young ones. What stands out, right off the bat, is that they have a play ground for the kids outside. Having young ones, we're used to staying home when the kids get grouchy, but I was very pleasantly surprised that they had such a kid friendly venue. The food did leave a bit to be desired however. The mole was much too sweet, and the tortillas seemed store bought. That's not to say the food was bad, but it just wasn't anything special. All said we may return, but I'm not in any rush.
Food was amazing! Sat outside and listened to the live music
Loved this place so much I went back the next day by myself.
We loved it! The guacamole and queso were fantastic!! Service was a little slow, but they were busy and we were in no hurry, so no big deal. Has the shrimp chili rellano which was out of this world. Will definitely be back!!!
