I eat here as much as I can. Please don't change... Ever.
I was looking for a good breakfast place and mentioned More Than Waffles to my friend who told me he had been there before and liked it. We went to the restaurant in Encino Town Center located in the downstairs part of the mall. The Belgian Waffles are terrific, we both had the "Bicentennial Waffles" with blueberries, strawberries, ice cream and whipped cream together. It was outstanding. On other occasions, I have had the waffle combo with eggs and sausage. I have eaten here 4 times now and it's great every time.
Everything's good here.
Best ever waffle in Los. Recommend LOVE!!
Excellent, delicious food! Fast and friendly service. We will be back! This definitely will be our new spot for brunch and breakfast! It is great! You can't go wrong here.
Vast options on their menu including a "healthy" section. Be ready to wait as it is almost always busy. Food is great, service is fantastic! Coffee drinks are a bit pricey and range about $4.50.
The food was excellent! I got the the Almond Joy Waffles that were amazing! So good, staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions! Food came out quick and hot! We will definitely be going back!
Delicious well prepared food in a cozy but busy atmosphere
Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculously good!! Pricey but so worth it. I can make food like IHOP or Denny's at home but THIS!!!! Absolutely bomb. I'm taking everybody.
The food was amazing and they give you big portions. Good vegan and vegetarian options as well.
This place is so comfortable. The servers are friendly, helpful and prompt. The food is delicious and the prices are reasonable .
Great cinnamon waffle and our waitress was very attentive and nice. Great little place
Great brunch! The waffles were amazing! The hour long wait for 2 people sucked though!
Quick service. Delicious food. 5 star.
So, we were at Universal Studios/The Wizarding World of Harry Potter over New Year's weekend, 2016, and before we drove back to Bishop, we needed to get some breakfast. I checked my TV Food Maps app, and found "More Than Waffles" in Encino. Since it was only a couple of miles from the hotel, we decided to roll the dice. It was New Year's day, so we weren't sure it would be open. It's in a sort of mall-structure, inside and downstairs, not visible from the parking lot. Don't let that fool you! Just head on down the stairs or elevator, and enjoy a great breakfast. My daughter went full Leslie Knope with the Walnut & Pecan Belgian waffle. It's served with a scoop of ice cream, a ton of whipped cream, walnuts, and drizzled with caramel. She absolutely loved it, as she channeled Amy Poehler from Parks and Rec. I had the Baconutella Belgian waffle, which has delicious bacon in the waffle itself, and is also sprinkled with chunks of bacon (NOT bacon bits as in a salad - real bacon that's chopped up). I wasn't sure I'd love it, since bacon and Nutella seem an odd combination, but it was amazing. I *really* liked it - surprisingly so. The combination of sweet and savory was excellent, and I gobbled it right up. I bought mine as a combo, with two eggs and two strips of bacon. My wife got the ham and eggs crepe, which she enjoyed, although she did say it had more cheese than she preferred (it had a LOT of cheese on it!). The service was excellent - I couldn't finish my cup of coffee, as the wait staff kept it filled and hot the whole meal. The waitress checked often on how we were doing, although it was quite busy. Oh, we were told it would be a 15-30 minute wait, but we were seated after only about six or seven minutes (we were a group of three). I'd definitely go back, as the waffles were really delicious, and I'd love to try even more adventurous kinds of waffle dishes. They also serve lunch and sandwiches, but we didn't order any, so I can't speak to their lunch menu. I highly recommend More Than Waffles for any breakfast lovers! Oh, they also advertise live music on weekends, and we had a keyboard player (and his dog) sing plenty of Christmas songs, and old standards. It was very nice. We'll be back someday!
The best breakfast place in Encino. The Multi-Grain Pancakes are heavenly. Great service, friendly staff.
This is my forth or fifth time there, normally we on a wait for about 1hr +, yesterday we got lucky and got a table right away... however the service was great and fast, and the food is awesome... my favorite is the Ronnie's scrumptious breakfast or the eggs Benedict on waffles...
Best waffles you will ever taste. We drive 2 hours and it was worth the drive
You can NEVER go wrong at More Than Waffles. Everything is great. We love the Farmer's Omelette and my new personal favourite is the chili omelette.
Long wait because it's just that popular. The waffles and French toast are out of this world delicious!! Come early!!
