Love everything about this quaint little place. The rolls are wonderful. The food is alway amazing. Half price wine Wednesday is always a great night out.
I am well pleased with the food and the people that work there. The food is the greatest and since I am Italian I know good sauce when I taste it.
Best place for great food. Service has always been top notch. I love their bruschetta and shrimp scampi on their appetizer menu. From their, pick whatever off the entree menu and you can not go wrong. The food is made to order. It's not frozen boxed food that is microwaved zapped. I love this place. I try my best to go in a least once a week for dinner. Wednesday is 1/2 price bottle of wines and Thursday is 1/2 price appetizers... Give them a try!
Are you looking for a quiet cozy atmosphere with GREAT food?.. The Italian Cafe will not disappoint.. Are you looking for a first class caterer.?... Leo and Zoly catered my daughter's wedding with over (200) guests..They arrived on time..setup quietly and provided FABULOUS food .Their service was flawless. They even stayed and cut the cake servings for us ..If you have an upcoming event or office affair ...Work with the Italian Cafe .
Amazing food and great service! Have never been disappointed.
I've been here several times and never anything short of excellent. I am stuck on their meat lasagna, among the best I've ever eaten. Service is always good with a fast, friendly staff. I love this place.
The food is always delicious, and the wait staff friendly. We recently catered lunch for a 50+ person party. The Italian Cafe was quick to reply to my inquiry, very helpful in determining the menu that would be ideal for my party, and the food was outstanding. So many people came up to me asking where I had catered the food from because it was so good. Thank you for the great food and awesome service. I will most definitely continue to be a loyal customer!
Absolutely delicious. I don't eat hardly any Italian food that's not homemade by my family, but this place gives me a run for my money! Lasagna delicious. And that San Marco dish with Shrimp--Oh My!!! The hostess became my waitress (good call, Manager!) and she was fantastic! Thank you. (Mother's Day)
Great local family run Italian joint. Food is always great. Very fresh and authentic dishes. Been coming here for years and will for as long as they are serving such great food.
I was craving lasagna, and noticed good reviews for Italian Cafe so we decided to try it. We got spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. It was very watery, basically we had to scoop out the spinach and artichoke pieces and place them on the pita points it came with...it was not a ship consistency but flavor was ok. The news came with rolls that were tasty. The lasagna was nice and hearty. Marinara sauce was a bit sweet for my taste but good nonetheless. Our server was attentive and did a good job. Prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. I saw pizza at other tables that looked delicious so next time I'll probably try the pizza. In sum, if you're wanting a casual Italian meal, consider going here, it will satisfy the craving!
Had dinner at Italian Cafe this evening for the first time ~ it was amazing! Authentic Italian food! Great atmosphere and excellent waitstaff! Will definitely be back.
The food was amazing! The garlic knots were some of the best I've ever had! I love the small, quiet atmosphere and open view to the kitchen. We will definitely come back and refer others!
Wow! Unexpected. Garlic knots - delicious. Chicken Milano - one of the best Italian chicken dinners I have ever had. Yummy wine, and my favorite course - the lemon mascarpone cake - go for this alone. Our server, Tung, was fantastic. They don't get much better.
Every time we go there the food is delicious! The atmosphere and staff are great. My favorite dish is the chicken parmigiana. Be careful not fill up too much on the warm delicious rolls that are brought before your meal. I always look forward to eating there.
My favorite place ♡ the owners are very nice, we stop in to eat atleast once a week
We visited this pleasant establishment since our favorite was closed on Monday. We started with spinach and artichoke dip with triangle crackers. They were suppose to be toast with parmesan but was just soft crackers. The dip was good but we had to pouroff a shot glass of olive oil (too oily). I had fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and my partner had chicken Leonardo. Both were good dishes but not the best I've ever had. Mine was creamy but had a strange aftertaste to it. Not sure what it is. The kids had pepperoni pizzas wbich were good. The garlic rolls were good and the blue cheese dressing was great. Al in all it was good and we would come back. Please, bring a big spoon to the table. This is how it's done in little Italy. This is a must with pasta.
First time here last night. Everything we tried was great. Zane was our server and he was wonderful. We will be back.
Really enjoyed our first visit. Food was delicious and service was great. Only complaint too noisy. But I will be back
Great Italian food, with some of their own specialties! Great service too.
We moved to Houston from NYC recently and have been trying to find good, non-chain restaurants. After having a bad day at work I just craved a glass of wine and a good bowl of pasta. FOUND IT. The food was excellent. The pasta was not over cooked and the veggies were cooked lightly. Traditional marina no sugar added. Great bruschetta. Huge chicken parm. Brought home cheese ravioli with alfredo for my son, who said he liked them almost as much as the Queen Anne ravioli from Brooklyn. We met the chef/owner , Leo, who was gracious. We will definitely be back!!!!
