Nostalgia is great. Love getting the famous Big Boy combo with their red sauce.
One of the best burger spots in LA. A real cherry coke, goes a long way with me. Enjoy.
It's a classic diner with great burgers and fries etc
Whenever we're within range (if you take the WB tour, it's a short walk, for example) we 'have' to hit the original Bob's Big Boy on Riverside for well, a big boy. Classic Burbank diner goodness, featured in many a classic flick, that can scratch your itch for just about anything as a full fledged diner and not just a burger joint. Plus, still great to catch the weekend car shows where you may even run into Leno!
We lost our 'Bob's' in Tucson many years ago. This was my first stop in Burbank. The building is pure original retro. There was even a car show in the parking lot. I got the Big Boy combo, bleu cheese dressing. It was great, just like I remembered it. I don't know if its the best, but it is my best memory. I love it!
Awesome burgers, good costumer service, cool atmosphere, what more do you need
Loved going to Bob's Big Boy. We were visiting the LA area and were looking forward to the visiting this iconic location. Ordered a Big Boy burger, which was great. Service was friendly and quick. It is always nice when something nostalgic stands the test of time.
I keep coming back for the chili spaghetti, my childhood comfort food, and I'm a senior now.
A piece of history with great burgers and fries! If you want a solid burger joint with Beatles and “Heat” memorabilia, this is the place.
This Bobs Big boy is just like I️ remember when I️ was a kid. The place is packed but the service is quick and friendly
We stopped last Saturday evening and had just a short wait. Bob’s Big Boy was busy as expected. We had not stopped in in several months but thought this was a good opportunity. Our waitress was very nice. She was helping us plus a party of 12 but gave us the attention we needed. Even better, her Co-workers pitched in. We were never lacking help. Our salads were great - better than a typical house salad. I had a patty melt and my wife had a ‘famous’ triple decker burger. Both were cooked to our specs and were delicious. After we ordered I visited the men’s room which was quite in need of attention. Somewhat dirty, paper towels strewn about, etc. Then I noticed the ‘daily’ - ‘hourly’ checklist of when the last time the restroom had had attention. The PREVIOUS Thursday morning!! On my way back to the table, I mentioned to the hostess that the restroom needed attention and about the sign off list. Neither of those two problems are the fault of them employees, but of lack of attention by management. I was disappointed by the restroom issue but pleased they were working hard on food quality. We will go back but will check the restroom upon arrival....
Bob's is the quintessential hamburger joint. You can still see the remnants of the car hop service bays from the 60's. Its all about the atmosphere. Very friendly staff and the menu hasn't really changed in 50 years
Great service, burger wasn't quite as good as it could have been...
What can I say this place brings me back to the good ole days. They even have car club night on Fridays which is a throw back to cruising the blvd & sharing fries dipped in ranch dressing at Bob's before we had any real $$. Great time great eats!
Just a great place to relax and have a decent meal, great atmosphere 😊 always a line, but…they have a really good system for getting people in quick!
Delicious hamburgers salads pastas chili's espagetty and sweet desert
24 hours. Always a good late night lunch. Service depends on the day.
