Fabulous absolutely fabulous
Pastries to die for!
Mmm, super. .italian family bakery, food delicious, staff quick..always busy but we didn't wait so long to be served
Bova's was the first place recommended to us when we arrived in Boston. They have about four cases filled with homemade cannolis, cakes, cookies, brownies, and everything in between. Everything we tried was too die for. They also have several types of pizza and calzones to choose from. I will note that there are no seating, so plan to take your dinner and dessert back with you! I highly recommend Bova's Bakery! It is better than any other family bakery you will find in Boston and is open 24/7!
Must see must taste ... place is a throw back ... pastries off the charts
Must stop if your in the North End, walk past Mikes and head to Bovas. We visit from NY to catch the Sox and we always make time to stop here.
The very best hands down
Super busy! Know what you want when you get to the counter. Lobster Tails are to die for & Canoli is spot on.
Impressive selection, and prompt service. The tiramisu was so-so (a little too sweet for me), but the cream puffs were excellent.
I love this place been going for years he only place I go When I get to Boston.... ..I was disappointed when they didn’t make subs after a certain time in the day now.....why????.....For the calzones are good for a second choice
WOW! Incredible pizza and baked stuff. Reasonably priced
Better than Mike's and a shorter line too. I never liked those boxes either.
Got two lobster tails today as well as two creme brule cannoli's both were excelent.. and the bag of vanilla pizzele were awsome as well
The service and food is excellent. A wide selection of pastries, pizza and calzones.
Crazy busy at 145a!!! Plenty of food. Yummy pastry and a spinach and cheese calzone
Authentic Italian bakery and deli. Fabulous arranchinis (rice balls, deep fried with stuffing) The Italian grandma watching over her store and I got on famously. Boston is a great town!!
Quick walk from North Station or Haymarket and offers filling savory options, bread, and a variety of pastries including cookies, bars, flavored cannolis, cream puffs, cakes, and more. Their cheesecake is more like ricotta pie; light and fluffy as opposed to dense and decadent. The rice balls are beautiful (I will definitely return to try one!), though I opted for the eggplant calzone, which was delicious. My friend said the chicken parm calzone was a little bland, but highly recommends the peanut butter bombs.
