Love their breakfast and poboys
Always great food and a great experience!
This place hit oooo lemme tell you it’s SO good can’t compete with any of these restaurants in New Orleans COME HERE!
Cool place. Look around the rough edges and check it out. Strong drinks in an old school dive bar. Having moved to NOLA from Chicago...feels like home.
Great Food AWESOME Chef's Great Conversation You CAN'T BEAT THE PRICES !!!!!
This place is like a hole in the wall with good inexpensive food. It sits down a long narrow hallway in the building...creepy. The portions are large for the price but worth it. It closes early, so more of a breakfast/lunch place.
The best food in NOLA
Holy Moly !!Come hungry!! The plates are packed to the rim ! As a family of 3 we could have shared one plate ! The food is so good and homemade .Well worth it.
Friendliest people on Earth! Feed you like you're at your Grandma's house.
This place is truly a gem. They treat you like family and welcome you like you’re one of their own. The food is absolutely amazing, and the portions are more than generous. I got shrimp and grits, and I have to say that they were the best shrimp and grits I’ve had my entire life. Shoutout to Big Dawg for taking care of me and DAB during our last day in Louisiana. We will definitely be back the next time we are in New Orleans! Nothing but love for Hobnobber’s!
simply good local food, large portions and friendly people. great for breakfast, it was close to our hotel. this is a hole in the wall food joint, no fuss, just good food. we had omelets and grits, gumbo, and peach cobbler.
Simple home cooked style meals secured in a very simple setting. The foods were really tasty and presented in a very simple setting. The crab cakes were well seasoned and were balanced with a decent mac and cheese. The bisque was very creamy.
This a cool dive bar!! They have food in the morning that are phenomenal! Gumbo is great.
Love going here!!
We have been going to Hobnobbers since we discovered it in New Orleans 10 years ago! On this trip our friends wanted to try somewhere new so we did and it didn't even come close to Hobnobbers! We should have stuck to what we love because sadly they are closed on Sunday! Keep doing what you do and we will never skip your place again!
Lovely staff, great food, hearty portions.
Originally from Lafayette but been in Dallas last six years so we were looking for a good plate lunch and we found it here! The staff treated us like family and served us the best food we found in the area. We ordered the fried shrimp plate with mac and cheese, gumbo and shrimp poboy and the fried fish plate. Fantastic. All of it. And we took a lot of it back with us. I recommended this place to everyone we ran into who asked for a great creole meal. Can't wait to go back!
Great food, cold beer. Life doesn't get better.
