Kevin really knows what he's talking about. If you want a trustworthy auto repair shop, you want to go here!
They did a great job.
Thank you for jump starting my vehicle today. I called and without hesitation you were there within 2 minutes. I appreciate your help and your service.
Kevin and his team are top notch. Thanks guys. You have a new loyal customer.
The service here was outstanding. They completely fixed the problem I was having on the first try the day I brought it in. Not to mention the prices are fair and staff is as friendly as can be. They sure have something special going on down there at Advanced. I won't be taking my car anywhere else from now on. Thanks guys!
Stopped in off of 85 got a new tire balance the other was out in 25 minutes for $55
Great friendly service. Honest place to go especially for young women.
UPDATE March 3, 2014: I received a phone call this afternoon from the owner of ATAS, and we spoke about many of the problems I dealt with. He apologized for the issue, and explained the gentleman w/ the alternator. Apparently that was entirely that gentleman's car's fault. So, it makes sense that he would continue to be the priority. Either way, if an owner takes this much time and effort to discuss an issue such as mine, I will give him the benefit of the doubt. I will be going back to give them another shot for my next oil change. If he's been in business for 30 years, I probably just got caught there on a bad day. If there is no update to this post by end of June '14, that means all went well. Initial Review from mid-February: So, they didn't try and upsell me into anything I didn't need and the price was reasonable. BUT, the "Hour and a half, maybe two hours" to get my brakes done ended up being 4 hours for no discernible reason besides the guy lied to me on the phone. I can wait 90 minutes in a waiting room, but an entire afternoon after consistently being told, "You are just about up" at least 3 times was frustrating. I can't even complain much because the guy next to me got there at 8:00am and was still there when I left at 4:30pm. Apparently they replaced his alternator a few weeks back, well it crapped out on him. They kept him in there all day long and they were going to charge him for labor.... Ummm, wasn't it your fault, or the part you suggested's fault? How is that the customer's fault? I don't know if the guy ended up having to pay for a substandard service, or if ATAS ended up doing the right thing. When I left the cashier was insisting he pay for it. I'm definitely not going back.
