I love SheRocks! I have always been intimidated to try a boot camp, but after seeing and hearing about all my friends' SheRocks success stories I decided to give it a try. This is my second month and I feel great! The staff are super friendly and very helpful!

Just finished week 5 and I already feel like this is my early morning home. Michael and Anne are great as are all of the ladies. We are starting a new season with a time change and warmer days. That means digging out warmer weather clothes. And guess what? Mine are feeling a little too big on me. Now that is the best feeling!

This place is amazing!!!!! The trainers really watch how you do the exercise and make sure you're doing it correctly so you won't get hurt. It is so much FUN to work out at SheRocks
She Rocks Fitness ROCKS BUTT!!! I have done all sorts of workouts in my day and would start to get bored with the same old routin quickly. But not any more!! You never know whats coming day to day...all with great benefit designed for a woman's body. And it COMPLETELY changes every month! It's 35 minutes of fun, high energy cross training coupled with some really good pilates or yoga type toning and stretching. All over great training to enhance the woman's figure and flexility!! Into my 4th year...and I will NEVER quit doing this amazing workout! And the best part...no need for beginner or advanced classes...small groups can be at different levels and work out to their personal ability (even post injury, like me!). All in all, the most reasonably priced personal trainer I have ever had...and simply THE BEST! Michael Sperling, your concept is genius!!!!!
