As a runner who just got tired of running I am so happy to begin my mornings at She Rocks. Michael and Anne are wonderful trainers and all the ladies there are so friendly and motivating. I’ve been working out with them for just over 2 weeks and can already see my muscle definition coming back! I wake up earlier and feel so much better in my body every time I get good hard sweat out. Love this place.
Just what I needed, a quick butt-kicking workout that I commit to daily and see results. I feel better, meaning stronger, more energetic and active every day that I go. I hope this will be the change I need to get back to being fit. As a bonus, after this level of exercise I find it impossible to ignore my nutrition. So far, my She Rocks HB workouts are working miracles in my overall health and fitness and well worth the investment.

I like She Rocks. It's a great workout and they give plenty of guidance and encouragement. The class goes by so quick. Before you know it, it's over and it's fun too! Don't hesitate.....just try it!

Joining She Rocks was the best decision I made in 2017! My new found fitness, energy, and strength benefits not only me but my whole family as well. My husband is definitely happy with my results!!! My kids and I have pull up contests in the backyard and I win!!! Before She Rocks I was in a mental slump and I was thick and flabby...it was gross. Now, after 9 months of working out 5 days a week, I'm lean and toned. My constant low back aches are gone and I feel great. It was a struggle for the first few weeks, but I pushed through the soreness and kept going. Now I actually look forward to working out every morning at 8:15am and I'm bummed when I have to miss a class. Michael and Anne are super motivating and loving trainers. You should try She Rocks, you have nothing to loose but pounds, inches, and crappy self-esteem.
It's great to be amongst an all female group, and feel secure and confident. At the end of the day, all of us ladies want to feel confident and good about ourselves, and this is what SheRocks helps us do. These workouts are not easy, but as they say, "if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you". You get motivated while working out, and you meet great gals that will motivate you too! They ROCK!! 👍👌
