We were wandering the streets looking for a place to eat and came across this little noodle shop and wow!! The name itself got us in the door, but they lived up to the expectations!! Sorry we didn’t get a photo but I can confirm that we had fried spring rolls and a spicy noodle combination dish and I highly recommend them both!!
Quick and delicious. Ordered the shrimp shumai noodle soup and the pan fried roast pork noodles. Both were so good!
Having spent a chunk of time in SE Asia, I'm always on the look for a good noodle shop. This is one of the best places I've found here in the US. I started with some dumplings which were terrific, then ordered the Pan Fried House Special Noodle. It was simply awesome - very flavorful and tasty. And you know you're getting fresh stuff when you can see the guy cutting the noodles in the kitchen. Fantastic place and definitely worth a visit!
This is a small little restaurant that has an excellent menu, including great vegetarian options (even their fried noodles have veggies in them). I ordered online and my food was ready to pick up less than 15 minutes later when I dropped by the location. Portions are large and fresh, and everything we ordered was tasty and fresh. The actual restaurant is fairly small, but it was packed on a Friday night!
Great noodles. Great broth. Very good!
Desde fuera parece un restaurante asiático sin más, pero lo que ofrecen es genial. Los dumplings de pollo y verduras están deliciosos. Probamos varias sopas y diferentes noodles hechos a mano y no tuvimos nada que objetar! Espero volver pronto!
We went for a late lunch and it was delicious. I had the pan fried chicken noodles and my wife had chicken noodle soup. We both ate with chopsticks so I'm not sure if they have forks or not. Easy to get to either walking or by subway. We would definitely go again.
The noodles are so good. But the broth base is the same for various soup dish. I came for the noodles and its good so I am happy.
I searched for hand pulled noodles that offered delivery while visiting NYC. I was able to find Tasty Hand Pulled Noodles II with delivery through eat24. I was able to select my noodle size from 5 or 6 choices. The delivery arrived to the hotel with the noodle dishes still warm and my kids absolutely loved them. I highly recommend this place!
We stopped in for lunch and were glad we did. We tried a couple fried noodle dishes and they were excellent. Small place with big flavor. Definitely a new go to spot.
One of the best noodles I have ever had... cooked well - everything very tasty - but not a fancy place... pretty scaled down corner of the street kind of eatery. I would definitely come back and order from home - noodles and noodle soup as well as the chili oil - just great!
I had the beef noodle soup, and it is delicious. The broth is rich, the noodles are chewy but not gummy, and the beef is tender, juicy and flavorful. A couple leaves of bok choys and the garnishing of chopped scallions enhance the herbal flavor of the soup. Thumb up! This place has a small storefront on 9th ave in Hell's Kitchen. The sign is written in Chinese and you might overlook it when you walk pass by. But if you are looking for good, authentic, Chinese noodle soup or dumplings, definitely give it a try.
Disclaimer: I only had noodles so I can't say much about the rest of the menu. But the noodles were... SO TASTY!! Prices are standard, the place is small and if you didn't read the reviews you probably wouldn't notice it in the midst of all those restaurants. But do go! Portions are more than generous
Delicious, fresh hand-pulled noodles, in several varieties, for you to choose from. I had the pork dumplings with hand-pulled noodle soup. Everything was fresh and delicious. Also very plentiful portions. I looked over at other patron's dishes and everything looked wonderful. As for the few naysayers; let's face it, you just do not like this type of cuisine.
We were craving some noodles and stumbled upon this restaurant. I had duck noodle soup, my partner had dumplings in noodle soup both bowls included some vegetables. The broth was awesome and the dumplings were exceptionally tasty. On top of that the meals were both inexpensive, costing about $10 per bowl. The restaurant was quite small, but definitely good bang for your buck when you dine here.
It was cold outside and warm and welcoming inside (once you cross the dark balcony at the entrance). I was served with fresh and tasty food. the portions are big and prices are decent.
My sister had been craving noodles and it was raining, so we ordered delivery from here. It took over an hour, but the food was delicious! We had of Pan Fried Beef Noodle and Crab Shumai Noodle Soup w. Egg. The crab shumai was excellent. Order noodles separate from soup, so they don't get soggy. I would definitely recommend this place! Delivery is free!!
Three of us had a Sunday pre-theater meal here. Two orders of fried handmade noodles, one with chicken and the other with roast pork and one order of soup with handmade noodles and pork wontons/dumplings. The soup initially came with vegetable dumplings and then without prompting they came back with more pork dumplings. Noodles were excellent, the meals were tasty and the portions were substantial. English and mandarin spoken here. Recommended.
