Wow! I'm not a steak lover but I have to say, it was awesome. Best in the area and a very cozy, rustic place.
Good food, but a lil pricey for what it is. $25 for a full rack of baby backs a lil pricey as well as $21 for 4 fried jumbo shrimp with a good amount of breading. The cheesy bread was just alright, but the chowder was s awesome.
Great ambience and really good food.
Good place for authentic American cuisine. Excellent service. Enjoyed it throughly
Met a dear friend at backwoods for dinner, great atmosphere , we have been going there. Since th 60's salad and garlic toast the same but the twice stuffed potato was different, missing something, but love it
Couldn't get any better. My go-to for a night out with my bride.
nice food nice atmosphere
My favorite prime rib & potato.
Cool place, warm inviting. Like a classic 60s steakhouse.
The food here is so flavorful. The service is kind and humble. A great place to eat! A great date night!
The food is always excellent and we don't mind paying for garlic bread, however regular bread and butter should be included with the meal, especially with what they are charging.
Always great. Ana is the best.
Love the ambience; old western style. A lot of vintage items throughout the restaurant. Decent prices and food.
Haven’t been here in many years so it was great to see that the cozy atmosphere and delicious food has stayed the same!!
Best place, for good food.
Excellent food and Patty was an exceptional hostess.
Great service and great food with a classic bar. Like stepping back in time to a place that gives a sh’t. And wood shavings on the floors!
We had a very enjoyable dinner there the other night. The garlic toast was wonderful and the chicken gumbo soup was also. BBQ ribs were good (but not great). Our server was very good.
Everything was excellent !
