We ate fish and chips at 6 Bodega Bay establishments. This was definitely our favorite. The batter was crisp and flavorful. The chips we hit and crunchy. Their tarter sauce was delicious and not so pickle(ish).
Such a great place to visit. Great food and IPA. Will come here again.
Good fish and chips and good crab sandwich
Fun place with decent food and drinks.

My friends and I stopped here after a day of hiking. Everything sounded delicious but I wasn’t feeling well so soup was my go to order. I had the clam chowder and it was very good. My only suggestion to really push it over the top would be to serve it in a sourdough bread bowl! The rest of my friends orders consisted of the crab sandwich, tritip sandwich, and fish tacos. Everyone raves about their food and we all left quite satisfied! I would recommend!
Excellent location for a really good seafood meal across from the marina in Bodega Bay. Had the crab sandwich and a spicy oyster meal. Both were excellent.
The food was fantastic. Loved the location as well. The crab nachos were a treat and our friends who had the oysters said they were the best they had had in a long time! A must visit spot if you come to Bodega Bay
Delicioso!! Tuvimos la oportunidad de visitarlos con la familia y nos llevamos muy buen sabor de boca
I live 45 min. From Bodega Bay and visit there often before a hike along Bodega Head (an especially great place to whale watch). This is my "go to" place for lunch. If I become hungry for oysters, especially a "po-boy" I'll even drive there even without a hike. The oysters are LOCAL and FRESH. I've had them raw, BBQ and fried. NEVER had a bad one. I've also had the grilled shrimp and halibut. All excellent. If you go on a weekend, prepare for a wait. Last Sunday it was about 15-20 min. You can sit outside, overlooking the harbor, or dine inside. They also sell fishing tackle, which gives you an idea of the "ambiance." Always friendly, knowledgeable staff. With a number of choices in Bodega Bay, this is my #1.
Absolutely amazing experience. I HIGHLY recommend if you're not from the area. Definitely a new favorite spot
Fresh seafood and friendly staff
I personally enjoyed the crab cocktail and oysters. It was a little pricey for a somewhat sit-down restaurant. However, I would definitely go back.
Wonderful food options and enjoy the view of the ocean. Oysters!.... Portuguese fish stew amazing! Wine too
I’m not big on oysters or I was not until now. I had the Grilled Garlic Wasabi Oysters at the recommendation of the lady at the counter. They were very good. My family enjoyed the deep fried avocado’s. They were 1/2 or 1/4 fresh Avocado’s served on bed fresh tasting fries. Fries and grilled cheese were very good.
Wonderful fishing cove to visit. Friendly people, beautiful shoreline, best crab sandwich ever.
Loved it.....and you will too
My wife and I had lunch there this week after a hike on Bodega Head. It was a cool, breezy day and the bowls of excellent clam chowder really hit the spot. My wife had the grilled oysters and she had a yummy smile with every bite. They were done perfectly. I had the crab sandwich on ciabatta bread. It was full of crab meat. If we lived closer, we’d be regulars!
Best clam chowder came up from Sacramento it was well worth the drive.
First time trying raw oysters. Good service.
