Been trying to go here for almost a year. Food was great. Not yo expensive either
Millers consistently good. Nothing fancy but dependable neighborhood place. Usually have to wait for a table but enjoy the fishing photos in the ante room. AC blows on you uncomfortably while waiting- should correct this! Like the grilled seafood- healthy alternative to the fried. Only complaint is that twice now we have had to ask for their delicious rolls. I like to have some bread, if it’s good, before my meal while I enjoy my glass of wine. You should not have to ask! Dessert portions huge- share one for two or three months people. BTW owners paid their employees after their terrible fire even though they did not work, as long as they participated in community service. Very kind and admirable. That means they are a community asset and deserve your business. You would think then, the servers would be excellent but they are not.
Always delicious with excellent service! We always enjoy eating here!
Great home cooking at a reasonable price!
Best breakfast ever. We will be back
My husband and I actually had plans to eat at another seafood restaurant. When we arrived, we were disappointed to learn that it was closed for a private party. It was becoming late(ish) in the evening and we weren't sure if we could get a meal that wasn't fast food. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise. After a quick search on TripAdvisor, we hurried to Miller's. We were seated immediately. I was a bit worried about our waiter being a bit unfriendly due to the time we arrived, but I was totally wrong. He was extremely friendly and we were able to enjoy a delicious supper without feeling like we were being rushed. We were very impressed with the food and service and will be back the next time we visit!
The place seems to be pretty crowded - we had almost an hour wait but they give you a beeper and it's right across from a great beach for walking so just plan on a stroll until they can accommodate you. Our waitress was friendly and very efficient and all the sandwiches we ordered were great. Next time we'll get the Bloody Mary - it looked delicious.
Great food and great service. We ate there 4 times in 3 days!
This was the first time we have been to Miller's, but it won't be the last. There was a wait for lunch and I noticed many of the people waiting were locals. Everyone knew each other. The service was the best and so was the food! We loved it so much, we went back for breakfast which was also amazing. There is such a difference in fresh seafood and they had it. Honestly, we didn't find it anywhere else we ate this week. So impressed with Miller's. We will definitely be back!
Great breakfast! Can't beat the prices. Beautifully maintained historical building.
The food and service was awesome!
Millers is fabulous, very popular place on the boardwalk in Galveston tx. Always busy. We were there for breakfast, fabulous. Great Bloody Mary's. Highly recommend!
Outstanding seafood, fresh, huge portions, good service. Desserts are huge and homemade. A must if you visit Galveston.
FRESH Gulf shrimp! Snapper was grilled to perfection. Service was fabulous as we only found friendly, genuine folks here! Sangria was a win, and condiments aren't usually my thing, but their tartar sauce is really good. Parking sucks, but i’d just go outside of a peak time. I will be back soon and recommend others to stop in!
We visited Miller’s for breakfast. One of us got the lump crab eggs benedict and it was amazing. The other one had poached eggs bacon, grits and gravy with a biscuit. Coffee and tea. Jessica was an amazing waitress. Very personable and the service was great. You definitely want to visit this place.
We usually have the blackened fish, fried shrimp, au gratin potatoes, and okra. Fabulous every time.
Excellent all around. Our server Lauren was very friendly!
Can’t go wrong here! It’s all great!
Omg. I love this place. The tea. The foid. The atmosphere. The location. Most of all.....the employees
