I've been here a couple times with a friend. The food and drinks are good but the service is always great.
Best 'fry up' breakfast I've had in the USA
OMG, I couldn't stop eating! I had always heard British food is bland, but it really wasn't. It was delicious, fun food in a very comfortable atmosphere. Now I'm going to have to come back several times to try all the British foods. The waitress was nice, the price was not unreasonable, but the food was a little slow coming out of the kitchen. All in all, a very positive experience.
We came to The Crown & Anchor British Pub before heading to see Mean Girls. I ordered chicken wrap & added cheddar cheese. It was yummy. Katie was a great server.
The service here is always excellent and the beer cold. They have a Stilton Cabbage soup that is beyond good and the Ploughman's Lunch is my favorite. My daughter had the Lamb Stew in Yorkshire Pudding, hubby had the British Burger and her boyfriend did the fish and chips. They carry Boddington's Pub Ale that I love. All in all, one of our favorite local places in Vegas.
Forget the strip! We had more fun here than anywhere else! Linet & Savannah were amazing and made our big group feel very welcome. Sang some karaoke, ate some amazing food (for real tho, best chicken strips EVER) and good drinks. Will definitely be a regular place we stop in anytime we are in Vegas in the future.
Best British pub in the city, hands down, hard stop. It's chill, the environment is quiet unless there's a football (not NFL) game on which is expected. If you're a local then this place is worth checking out.
Great place!, Great Soccer love it!
Just like being merry old England!
This is my new place to hang, good food, fun atmosphere, good place
Love it girlfriend
We came here to watch the rugby as they show it a couple of hours after the live game and therefore do not charge the $20 per person charge that the pub on the Strip does for showing it live. The food was very good (we had chicken wings and potato wedges only) and the Guinness was excellent. The atmosphere was also good, with a handful of English and a Welshman who was the happiest by the end of the game (Wales beat England!) The service was very super friendly and this made up for the fact it was also not great service in terms of getting orders wrong, the bill wrong, not giving change even though the generous tip was already included in the bill. Unfortunately there is also a known problem of a smell of sewerage that infiltrates the room and each time it did, the waitress would have to open the back door. So overall I would go back to watch the rugby, but otherwise as an Englishman, I would probably seek alternative cuisines as I am very used to English pubs in England and it is nice to try something different when in Vegas.
Service was great. Our server was friendly and efficient. Meat pies were fantastic. Crust was super flaky and filling was piping hot. Would definitely visit again when in Las Vegas.
This is a Manchester United bar for premier league games!
Monday is all you can eat fish and chips. Pretty tasty. Clam chowder is good as well. Free parking. Open 24 hours a day. They deliver. As always like most places around here, the water is horrible.
Great as always
Whenever we have guests in town, we end up at the Crown & Anchor. Consistently good food, great service and a friendly atmosphere. My hubby tends to order the bangers and mash for $12 and I opt for various options. We have never, ever had a bad meal at the Crown! For Las Vegas, prices are downright low! This past week I had the fish and chips at $13.99. Always more food than I can finish. Highly recommend.
Great place for lots a great beer
