What a pleasant and easy way to purchase a vehicle. We were looking for an SUV for our son's young family, so needed a good condition, older model for affordability. Raffe found it for us! He sent us a walk through video to answered our questions and cover our concerns ...Fabulous service! While purchasing said vehicle, my husband and I looked at a few others. Beautifully detailed and maintained. Great records and honest opinions before we drove over 6 hours to see the one we purchased...Oh and almost forgot...Raffe stayed after hours a few more minutes since we got stuck in traffic...That's excellent service! Johnny is amazing at getting you through the process of financing a car. I had so many issues with my paper work and some how he got me in a great truck that same day. Plus he stayed after hours to let me test drive. Seriously great customer service!
I saw a suv I really liked on AutoTrader and it was at M&M Investment Cars. I called and spoke with Raffe and told him which car I was coming out to see. Great little dealership place with most of the vehicles indoors. Raffe met me at the garage door and the suv was moved outside for me. Raffe said go check it out, drive it. After about 15-20 I came back and Raffe kindly greeted me. Raffe then checked my trading suv and gave me a great price, then quickly and successfully broke down financial info for me. One of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. General Manager Eric really went the extra mile to find and obtain excellent financing terms and worked with the bank to get them approved. Really appreciate the level of service and love my new car!
I found a truck listed on Craig's list that we were interested in. We drove out to check it out. We were met by our salesperson Raffe. He said the keys were in the truck, take it for a spin. I was shocked - I worked in the car business for 26 years, and have purchased many vehicles. They let us test drive the vehicle without copying my license, or having a sales person come with us. This made a great 1st impression. We drove the truck for about 20 minutes. After we returned we spent another 20-30 minutes checking over the vehicle. Absolutely no pressure from anyone. The truck was fairly priced according to KBB, NADA, and True Car. This does not include all the modifications made to the vehicle. Painted and hinged bed cover, Upgraded wheels and tires, tinted windows, and lots of extra chrome. They managed to get me a great interest rate, and gave me a generous trade in allowance. This was a very easy, and straight forward deal. Next time I am in the market for a vehicle this will be my 1st stop.
I am so happy I found M&M Investment Cars. I have been looking for awhile and was never comfortable with anything I saw or the sales people. I finally found M&M Investments and worked with Johnny. Johnny stayed with me through the whole deal. He listened and knew exactly what I wanted, and made sure I was comfortable with the car. I took it to my mechanic, who told me what a great car I had. Then Johnny worked hard at getting me the lowest interest rate. Filled my tank up with gas before I left. Johnny was very respectful. I recommend M&M Investment Cars highly and will be sending all my friends there. Plus I plan on going there when my son is ready for his car in about a year.
I had a great car buying experienced here. Mr. Sari and his staff were very professional and pleasant to work with. There were no high pressure sales tactics and I dealt with Mr. Sari from the beginning until the end. My purchase came with a three month warranty (200.00 deductible) which gives me some peace of mind. The model I wanted didn't have leather seats and Mr. Sari offered to have them reupholstered at a very reasonable price.
What a great place. I bought a 2012 F250 and I did not feel pressured or pushed. We worked out a good price and a good trade deal and had good conversation. Go see Raffe. Thanks again guys!
Great experience all around! Was more like a customer service center than an auto sales lot. No hassle, no “salesman”, and the person who helped me (thank you Raffe!!) answered all my questions and was very informative. When I found what I liked, it didn’t have the heated leather seats I wanted... so he had them installed and I got to choose what I wanted them to look like!! Even after all that, they were still willing to negotiate and I got a great deal! They also provided a reasonable warranty and offered options for an extended warranty. Oh, and I loved that Raffe, the same person who met me at the door and got the customizations I wanted done, was also the person who assisted me in financing through a credit union for a great rate! I was in and out of this place with the car of my dreams in less than two hours. When I brought it back to have the leather heated seats installed Raffe provided me a very nice curtesy loaner at no expense and was also there to make sure everything was as I expected when I picked it up. Great experience, worth checking out! I will certainly be coming back!!

My wife and I had our best car buying experience ever at M&M. Most cars are in a very large covered showroom which was nice in the wet December weather. High quality and clean inventory. Nice to buy a used car professionally detailed so it looks and feels like new. We live in Washington state and Eric, who is terrific, took care of all the paperwork to get our car titled and registered in Washington.

Honestly the first review I’ve ever written. This was by far the best dealership expierence I’ve ever had. After driving from NE Oregon to Seattle and getting burned, I frantically searched online and found a truck at M&M. I drove down to Portland, they had the truck waiting for me, Eric handed me the keys and left me alone. Drove the truck around, came back with a couple questions, we went through the Carfax and within 45 minutes of arriving I was driving off the lot with a new truck. No pressure, no sleazy salesman following you around, and straight up on what they have and what they’re offering. Highly recommend for anyone looking at vehicles at this dealership!

These guys are great. They're honest, go out of their way to help you, and genuinely try to make the car buying experience as best as possible. They took care of everything from the loan to registering it in Washington, and they let me bring in a Mobile Mechanic for a Pre-Purchase Inspection as well. Highly recommend.
