  This is a great spot to eat in Toledo! I have eaten at the major players in Cincinnati and PizzaPapalis is hands down the best deep dish i have eaten. If you not a big red sauce fan, like myself, you have to give it a shot here. They have great flavors and if you've never ordered a stuffed "pizza" before, allow enough time in your night for it to cook properly and order a small for two people!

  One of the best pizzas I've ever had. Very filling so don't underestimate the deep dish. Takes around 40-50 minutes to cook, but only 5 minutes to fill up the stomach. Sauce is perfect for my taste.

  A group of us ordered their deep dish pizza and everyone enjoyed it including my self. I only gave it 4 stars and not 5 because the pizza was bland tasting in my opinion. I would love to rate it 5 stars but something is missing either in the sauce or the ingredients like (pepperoni) are missing some spice. Can’t pin point it. Other than that everything is on point. Ps. The people in my group have had it several times in the past and raved about it. This was my first time trying it and maybe the way everyone talked so highly of the pizza may have set my expectations too high. I would love to see improvement on flavor but if I am the only one to feel this way maybe it’s just me?
