Excelente es la palabra que resume todo
Casa Chapala is one me and my husband’s favorite places to eat--we visit almost every other week. So when we were looking for a place to have our wedding rehearsal dinner, Casa Chapala was first on our list! Rita was easy to work with and answered our questions in a timely fashion. The booking process was easy, just a few forms we filled out and sent back via email. On the day of the rehearsal dinner, everything went smoothly and everyone enjoyed the delicious food and drinks.
Love the food here . Service needs work. But the management is always good at fixing problems
MVery nice atmosphere. The drinks are delicious and the food is always great. I miss this place.
Great food and Tequila
My mother and I tried this place for the first time and were super happy by the taste of the food, the presentation, the amount, the cost, and the rewards program; we had never been to a Mexican restaurant that seasoned the salsa to your preference of spiciness on the spot, so we thought that was cool and we eat a lot of Mexican food but at none with a rewards program, so that was extra appealing. I recommended it to my friends and family. We went again with more family members, but they weren't as excited about it as we were; maybe it was the difference of a weekday vs weekend, though I must say, we were a bit disappointed by the combination chicken and steak fajitas which was not on their menu but said could be done, though contained a lot more chicken than steak yet was charged only a buck less than the full steak plate, so a bit of a rip-off in those regards. Nonetheless, my mother and I will definitely be returning.
Great Mexican food, service is good when not super busy. Also they live mariachi band
Buena música los sábados
It was difficult finding this place; google maps took me somewhere that turned out to be on the other side of the road! Strange. My friend had to share her location before I could find the place. The food wasn’t bad... ribs was a lil cold. The salsa and chips was really great. The black beans tasted weird. Have the mango frozen margarita; it’s so good!
Esta bien que cuiden a los consumidores pero que nos dejen consumir 2 jarritas d Tequila preparada porfavor
My friend suggested this restaurant to celebrate my daughter's 20th birthday. Our family celebrates birthdays at Cheesecake Factory, but they don't take reservations on Saturdays. The manager and the staff at Casa Chapala was very accomodating to us. My daughter has medical needs, They were very kind, and took the interest to ensure we had the best place to take care of her needs. The service to us was truly exceptional, considering that the restaurant was at full capacity. If you are wondering about the quality of the drinks, the Mexican Martinis were fab!! the food was delicious! Thank you for taking such good care of us!
Good food good price excellent service.
Weekends are festive. Always a good place to grab a margarita & some apps. If you're hungry there are plenty of large plates to choose from too that are very good. Frequent this place a few times a month. Never been disappointed.
Buffet was good
Me encanto la comida es muy rica y los meseros muy amables ❤
This is kind of my go-to Mexican restaurant. Service is usually pretty good (we had a new server by the name of Marcus...... not so good. I get it that he is new, however, when you order the queso flameado, you need chips in order to eat it. By the time we'd gotten the chips the cheese was cold and hard and there was no meat in it, which I had wanted). We will definitely be back but we will sit in an area with a seasoned waiter.
